Reservations and Deposits:
- Reservations for watercraft rentals require a 50% deposit.
- Deposits are forfeited if you do not arrive on the scheduled date.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Full refunds are available with a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to the scheduled arrival date, subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- No refunds will be given for early departure or inclement weather.
Damage Hold:
- All watercraft and land toy rentals require a damage hold on a valid credit card until the time of return.
- This hold is to cover any damages that may occur during the rental period.
- The amount of the damage hold varies based on the type of rental.
