Job Summary:
Swan Bay RV Resort & Marina is seeking a skilled Marine Mechanic to join our year-round team. If you’re certified in Mercury and/or Suzuki systems (or eager to become certified), have experience working with boats, and love being part of a fun, hardworking crew—we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair marine engines, electrical systems, and fuel systems

• Perform seasonal maintenance (winterization, spring commissioning, battery prep)

• Prepare boats for storage (cleaning, covering, and securing)

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Collaborate with our marina team to provide high-quality service to guests

Requirements:

• Marine mechanic experience required

• Mercury & Suzuki certifications preferred

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
