Each site features an oversized 15' x 40' concrete pad with additional gravel parking, along with full hookups including 30- and 50-amp electric service, water, and sewer. Guests can choose from Waterfront RV sites located directly on the St. Lawrence River or select from many additional sites offering beautiful water views throughout the resort. Our reservation system uses grid optimization to manage site availability throughout the resort. As a result, reservations that do not include a Site Lock may be assigned a different site within the same site type prior to arrival.During peak season, site adjustments are more likely to occur if a Site Lock has not been selected. If you have a specific site number you would like to guarantee, you may add a Site Lock to your reservation for a $30 fee during the booking process.If a Site Lock is not selected, you will still receive the same site type you reserved, though the exact site number may vary. We recommend checking your guest portal prior to arrival to verify your assigned site number.
Reservations made through our online booking system are processed through Campspot. A small booking fee may be added at checkout by Campspot to help cover the cost of maintaining the reservation platform, processing reservations, and providing a secure online payment system for guests.This fee is a pass-through charge from Campspot and is not requested or collected by Swan Bay Resort.
The campground fee is a small operational fee that supports the continued maintenance and improvement of the resort and guest services. This fee helps us maintain amenities, facilities, and the overall guest experience at Swan Bay.
